Susan smirked as her blow connected with a satisfying crack, the expression faltering only slightly as the flurry of magic exploded out from her foe. Okay okay okay..! She jinked out of the way of three of the four saws, only to have the parry the fourth with an unholy scree of shuttering metal, the attack bouncing off an inch from her ear.
The several of the balls pummeled into the Daunt scion with thuds of detonating magic, making her grunt as she braced herself for Meia's charge, one blade swinging in low to clip her foe's stomach with punishing force.

The air rushed through Beiling's scarlet hair as she ran towards Susan, her hand starting to glow with energy.
"SCARLET CRUSSSSSSSH!" She shouted out as her hand began to launch forward at Susan's chest, the force behind it capable of smashing boulders. The knifes blade split open her stomach for her efforts though, more so than Susan might have intended.
Beiling watched Susan go flying across the beach, kicking up sand as she landed. Her own knees trembled before giving out, collapsing her body onto the ground. Her stomach bleeding at a fair rate.
((OOC: I have permission to hit her.))

(Yup. That I did. ;D)
Susan's world tumbled as she bounced to stop down the beach, air blasted from her lungs by the impact. Oh. Ooooooh. She didn't feel like getting up from that one right away... Where was her right-handed knife..? Ugh. Okay Beia knew how to hit after all, good to know...
The Daunt scion eventually rolled herself to a sitting position, covered in sand. She blinked, wiping blood away from a split lip where she had hit a rock, her chest feeling like one big bruise. Okay. Oww. That was her out, but...
Her remaining knife was wet with blood and sand, Beia's presumeably. Okay. So a double elimination then. Or a buy if the judges were feeling generous. Not toooo bad...
She staggered to her feet, bloody knife in hand, as she made her sore way over to where her oponent lay.

Beiling turned her head to face Susan, body pressed in the sand. "Was a good fight. Wasn't it?" Her voice lacked any strength, but her face still had that defiant smirk.

"Good enough for the IEC Junior Trials," confirmed Susan with a soft grimace of pain as her bruises throbbed with her breathing and a line of blood dripped down her chin, "You good to walk back to the Nurse's office or do you need help heading back with me? I've got rags to stanch any bleeding."
She produced one such rag from her knife harness and started wiping off the weapon that had tagged Meia, waiting for an answer. Take care of your gear. And then take care of yourself. Besides, her roomate had that knife phobia, so cleaning them back at the dorm was out of the question... Owww. Okay. Painful.

Beiling's face slowly went back to her wide, beaming smile as she got up. The wound wasn't serious, just high blood flow. "I am fine, just need to let my qi recharge for a few days."
She bunched up her clothing to slow the blood, "But yeah, the nurse sounds fine." She started off toward the school, expecting the hardy little girl to be next to her.

"Wait a minute if you can," Susan called over one shoulder, trudging stiffly down the beach to recover the first of the three knives she had lost during the fight, "Have to find and clean my weapons first."
An automatic recall spell would be honestly useful. Heck, maybe even some sort of tether so she could not be disarmed as easily.

Beiling sat down on a rock, waiting for Susan to gather her things. "Don't take to long, I only have so much blood." She tried to laugh before grimacing in pain. She settled for a sarcastic smirk.

Eventually, after a bout of splashing as Susan waded knee deep in the freezing lake to recover her last knife, the Daunt scion returned, dripping and profoundly glad windchill didn't bother her overly much. The soreness from beeing tossed down the beach from that punch was enough.
"Let's go," she offered with a wistful smile marred by dried blood from her split lip and one hand extended to help the other girl up.

Beiling took her hand, putting all her effort into getting up. They stalked off to the nurses office. They may be from opposite sides of the world, but they bleed the same.
