Students under the age of seventeen must live in the school dormitories. Accommodation in the dorms is arranged by year and gender, with a girls' dorm tower and a boys' dorm tower. Students share suites which consist of either three or four students per suite.
Students older than seventeen with parental permission and the funds to allow for it are allowed to find their own accommodation in town, whether through renting a house or an apartment with other students who are also able to live off campus if they like.
Student characters who are going to live off campus must first meet with the headmistress, and their players need to talk to the mods about it for relative pricing and to have the amount deleted from their funds (especially where multiple characters will be sharing the cost).
Staff characters are assumed, for the most part, to have their accommodation taken care of in one way or another, by means of having a house or apartment in town, or sleeping in their office (or shed or closet) for whatever insane reason.
For their first year of teaching the cost of housing will be presumed to have already been taken care of.
Players with active professor characters may request on-campus housing.
