Beia considered Beau's excuse for moment. She grabbed him by the shirt as she stood up, lifting him into the air. Her face turned from angry to cheerful as she gave her judgment, "Excuses are just excuses, you perv." Her arm cocked back in preparation for a massive punch, qi building up in her fist. It rocketed towards him, exploding into a red ball of qi as it hit. The punch would send any normal human flying, though not lethal.

Beau kept trying to apologize as he was lifted into the air. "Cher! Beau not mean ta---" He stopped mid-sentence as he noticed the red light coming from her fist. He cocked his head to the side, curiously looking at the light, wondering what it could do..... Beia's punch caught him full in the chest and Beau got knocked ten feet backward and landed flat on his back. He laid there for a second and thought. "Dat...dat da firs' time ANYONE evah done dat to Beau." He stood back up unharmed, and looked at Beia extremely impressed. "Now dis, dis a gir' Beau wanna get ta know, mmhmm." His internal conversation continued. He walked over towards Beia and looked her in the eyes. "Beau promise he no pervert. Jus' an 'onest mistake Beau telling da truf!" He continued to look straight at her with something akin to admiration.

"No worries, just don't do it again." Once more Beia was happy and bouncing around. "We have to fight sometime though!"

To Beau, a girl saying something like this to him was completely foreign. He hadn't had much interaction with girls as his mother kept them away, referring to all girls as 'da debil'. He actually blushed and looked down, as to him, this was the same as being asked out on a date. "Aw shucks cher, Beau like dat." He blush grew brighter and he turned away so she couldn't see.

Beia was stunned at Beau's reaction, she had grown up in a household of females for 15 years. She had seen her mother get that scarlet color on her face when she read a perverted manga though. That must mean he was thinking pervert thoughts again!
"Stop thinking that you pervert." She nudged him in the rib, "Or I will send you flying again." Her voice was half joking though, not really intent on causing him harm.

Beau stood there silent, face growing even more red. Was this flirting? He wasn't sure. What was going on here? He was as physically powerful as a 14 year old could be...so why did he feel kind of weak? "Beau not min' dat...cher do dat anytim'. It don't reallee hur' Beau anyhow." He smiled at her, not realizing he had probably offended her by saying she couldn't hurt him.

"Oh, anytime eh? I will have to take you up on that." Beiling commented, smiling.

Professor Modest, having been distracted by the beauty of the sun throughout the whole incident, finally noted that the other end of the pit had been vacated, the sand yet untouched.
"Oh, we have very capable students in this class!" Turning to the rest, he continued. "Alright, who's next? Mannie?"

((I'm assuming there is padding on the floor to prevent injury?))
Mannie whistled when he saw that punch make contact. Fortunately for both himself and the class, he was interrupted by the teacher before he could start trying to discover how that energy ball had formed. "I hear you," he told Professor Modest before taking a running start at the pit. He wasn't able to make it all the way across, however, and landed about eight feet in. "That wasn't very good."

(Sorry this has been confusing, but I moved the class outside. The long jump pit is full of sand)
Modest gives Mannie a pat on the back as he exits the side of the pit. "Don't worry Mannie, there are infinite possibilities in life. Given that, you're guaranteed to succeed eventually."
He gives another thoughtful look at the class. "Mellianne - you're up!"
